Remember those white fuzzy filaments that Morgellons victims often harvest from the surface of their skin lesions? One of the tagged proteins that were fluorescent was identified as belonging to Chromobacterium Violaceum, an interesting bacteria found in the water and soil of sub-tropical regions that produces an anti-oxidant called violacein.
